Morning (5:00 AM - 7:00 AM)

  • 5:00 AM - 5:20 AM: Wake up, get ready, and do a quick exercise routine (light jog, yoga, stretching). And review yesterday’s scorecard.

  • 5:20 AM - 6:00 AM: Focus on active English learning:

    • Reading: Read an article or chapter of an English book related to your interests or IELTS preparation.
    • Vocabulary: Review flashcards or learn new words relevant to your chosen IELTS section (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
    • Grammar: Practice grammar exercises or review a specific grammar point.
  • 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM: Passive English learning:

    • Listen to English podcasts or audiobooks related to your interests or IELTS preparation.
    • Watch English news or documentaries with subtitles.
  • 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM: Shower, prepare breakfast, and get ready for work.

Work (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

  • Focus on your work duties as a Java software developer.
  • Use lunch break to listen to English podcasts or audiobooks for a quick refresher.
  • If possible, try incorporating English into your work tasks, such as reading technical documentation or participating in English meetings.

Evening (5:30 PM - 10:00 PM)

  • 5**:30 PM - 6:00 PM:** Relax and have dinner.
  • 6**:30 PM - 8:00 PM:** Commute home and unwind.
  • 8**:00 PM - 9:30 PM:** Practice English speaking and writing:

    • IELTS speaking practice: Record yourself speaking on IELTS topics or do mock interviews.

Weekend

  • Dedicate some time to review your IELTS progress and identify areas needing improvement.
  • Take practice IELTS tests to simulate the actual exam environment.
